The Nobel laureates called on world leaders to implement five points.
- Significantly increase aid to Ukraine
- Support human rights and democratic opposition in Russia
- Strengthen support for Russian citizens who are at risk of persecution for their democratic and anti-war political beliefs and in need of asylum
- Support Russian democratic anti-Putin organizations, including independent Russian media, whose role is crucial in regime change
- Delegitimize Putin’s illegitimate rule in Russia as he desperately seeks recognition from the international community.
