Due to a decrease in the number of visitors, Sodra is closing its customer service department located in Vilnius, Northern Township on Tuesday. According to Malgožata Kozič, the representative of the institution, it was decided to serve customers in premises better suited for the disabled.

“More and more residents use Sodra’s electronic services or resolve their concerns by calling Sodra’s call center. Observing the decreasing flow of visitors, we decided to concentrate customer service in Vilnius, in the renovated customer reception on Laisvės pr. 28. Centralized customer service makes it possible to plan work processes more efficiently, to provide services faster and more conveniently”, M. Kozič, the representative of “Sodra”, said in a comment sent to Elta.

This updated customer service department is more accessible to people with disabilities, she said.

M. Kozič explained that in New Vilnius, at Pramonės str. 99, the customer service department of “Sodra” will continue to operate, which, according to her, is more convenient for residents of the more remote districts of Vilnius and surrounding areas.
