The funds will be used to finance consumer loans and loans for small and medium businesses provided by Neo Finance’s subsidiary company in the Netherlands, the company announced on Friday through the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.

According to Evaldos Remeikis, head of administration of “Neo Finance”, during the five years of operation in the Netherlands, the company significantly increased the number of retail investors from the Benelux countries, and managed to attract larger investors to loans granted in Lithuania.

“In order to grow in the market of consumer and small and medium-sized business loans, we must ensure fast financing of loans. I believe that with a larger offer of loans on our platforms, with the participation of additional institutional investors, retail investors will be able to employ their funds much faster”, said E. Remeikis in the announcement.

The company issues consumer loans through the “Loan Club” loan portfolio, and business loans through the “FinoMark” loan portfolio.

Neo Finance has been operating in the Netherlands since 2019, helping to attract capital from Benelux investors.
