A topic that has been heard and discussed a lot recently after the so-called “cheques” scandal, when it became clear that the funds intended for the activities of municipal council members were used in the possible falsification of reports. After the “Skaidrinam” campaign in the municipalities, the latter campaign moved to the Seimas. However, this is only one action, which may have received so much attention at the moment, but there were various scandals that caused the fall of no political figure before.

Found guilty

We should also not forget the case in which even several former and current politicians who are currently serving their sentences in prison were found guilty. And where are the various journalistic investigations that move certain circles of business and politicians, but the public does not get any answers as to who is specifically responsible for this.

It is not the first time that the responsibility of politicians has been discussed, but is it possible to change something? Maybe this is mission impossible?

These and other questions will be discussed together with journalist Raigardas Musnickas by the Deputy Speakers of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania: Vytautas Mitalas, Julius Sabatauskas, Paulius Saudargas, Mykolos Romeris University political scientist Vytautas Dumbliauskas, editor of the research department of the portal 15min.lt, journalist Jūratė Damulytė, political commentator of the portal tv3.lt , journalist Eglė Samoškaitė, lawyer, Vilnius University Faculty of Law professor Vytautas Nekrošius, Chairman of the Bar Council Mindaugas Kukaitis.

Live broadcast from Kaunas Žalgiris Arena Amphitheater Hall this Friday (April 26) from 10:00 a.m. until 12 o’clock
