The couple, who got engaged in 2021, decided that if they are going to celebrate, they should celebrate with all their heart. They said Yes twice in four days in the South of France.
It all started with a welcome party. The next day, the two invited guests to the luxurious Grand Allée hotel. After the festivities, an Indian ceremony was held. Well, the celebration ended with a barbecue day.
The wedding party was attended by many celebrities, from supermodel Naomi Campbell to actress Tessa Thompson, comedian Russell Peters, singer Christina Milian, editor-in-chief of Vogue Arabia Manuel Arnaut and Saudi film producer Mohammed Al Turki.
While A. Bocelli was singing, Nada walked towards the altar wearing a custom-made Dior dress. Meanwhile, U. Kamani was dressed in a classic Tom Ford tuxedo.
In an exclusive interview with Vogue Arabia, the newlyweds revealed that they got excited as soon as they saw each other at the altar.
“It’s something every girl dreams of, but it was very stylish, in a beautiful setting and of course with the man of my dreams. It was a fairy tale,” the bride was happy.
Umar added, “What can I say? When I saw Nada in that dress, I was speechless. It was the most emotional moment.”
Banana Split was entrusted with the planning of the wedding celebration, and they combined the western style with the Indian wedding.
