The Russian army conducted three unsuccessful attacks on the left bank of the Dnieper in the territory of the Kherson region, the Ukrainian military reported on Wednesday.

Over the course of 24 hours, the occupiers lost 116 soldiers and 31 pieces of weapons and military equipment in the directions of Orichiv and Kherson. Among other things, two Buk anti-aircraft missile complexes, five artillery systems, a mortar, two radio-electronic combat stations, and a video surveillance complex “Murom-M” were destroyed. “, 18 cars and armored vehicles, an aerial photography station, a boat. Three field supply points were also destroyed.

Meanwhile, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) during a special operation detained a group of Russian FSB agents who, among other things, were planning rocket attacks on the Kiev TV tower and units of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced on Wednesday that it has established a new structural unit – the Department of Logistics Support Planning. According to a press release, the department will develop an annual military support plan to meet critical requests for essential supplies such as food, clothing, fuel and other equipment.

At the time, as the US-based Institute for Military Studies reported, Russia was building up reserves to support military operations in Ukraine. However, analysts do not believe that these formations will be able to carry out large-scale attacks.
