Russia accuses Ukraine of allegedly participating in the terrorist attack in Moscow and demands the arrest of the head of the Security Service (SBU), Vosilijus Maliuks, the news portal “rbc.ua” reports.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on Sunday that on March 22 terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall “leads to Ukraine”. Moscow also announced that it had delivered to Kyiv a demand for the immediate arrest and extradition of “all persons involved in this crime.”
The Security Service of Ukraine strictly rejects such accusations.
