The municipality of Panevėžys, taking into account the requests expressed by members of gardeners’ associations, adjusted the schedules of certain shuttle buses in the warm season. They are adjusted in order to create the most favorable conditions for residents to travel by city public transport.
From May 6 The 13th route bus will run once in the morning and once in the evening along Šiaurine street up to the roundabout with Smėlynė st. On weekends, route 13 bus service is extended by two trips in the morning and two in the evening.
As every year, the buses of the 4th route “Molainiai-Vaivadai” will also run on the summer schedule. Taking into account the wishes of passengers, from May 6. these buses will run longer in the evening on weekdays.

We draw the attention of all road users that this Sunday, May 12, the B. Abramaitis Triathlon Cup and the Lithuanian Basin Triathlon Championship will be held in the city. Since the competition will take place in the city’s public spaces, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. the streets in the center will have limited traffic, the routes of the 4th, 6th, 6th A and 16th bus routes will change. Buses of the 4th route to Vaivadus will go along J. Basanavičiaus, Smėlynės streets, and return to Molainius on Smėlynės, J. Basanavičius, Vilniaus, Ramygalas streets. Buses no. 6 and 6A to J. Janonis street and the railway station will go through Smėlynė and Marijonų streets, to Pajuostė highway and Veteranų st. will also return via Marijonų and Smēlynė streets. Buses No. 16 will go to Molainii Street on Marijonų Street, Pušaloto Street, and will return to Švyturios Street with a changed route on Pušaloto Street, Marijonų St.
