The video shows four moose coming out of the forest and jumping into the river one by one, the animals getting out on the other side and going their separate ways.

Moose, according to the Universal Lithuanian Encyclopedia, are the largest mammals of the deer family.

The moose’s legs are long, its head is large, and at the bottom of it there is a growth of skin covered with hair, the so-called beard. The animal is dark brown, the belly, the end of the muzzle, the ends of the legs and the inner side are light gray. Only males have horns, they shed them every year.

Moose eat tree shoots, leaves, bark, grass. In summer, they live alone, except for females with cubs, in winter – in small groups.

Sexually mature in the third year of life, rutting in September-October. Pregnancy lasts 8 months, 1-2 cubs are born.

Like many wild animals, moose know how to swim well, so it was impossible for them to overcome such a section of the river.
