Although artificial intelligence (AI) is developing rapidly, this technology will not replace people whose work requires creativity, Professor Jean-Paul Larson, one of the founders of the BMI Executive Institute, says in an interview with VŽ. However, workers performing simple and repetitive tasks should be alarmed.

“Digitalization and AI will replace routine jobs where people perform routine tasks. But in those jobs that require creativity, volatile imagination, flexibility, AI will not prevail. A machine can specify 1,000 possibilities, but it cannot create a new one…
