This was reported by the New Voice publication, citing a source in the Ukrainian special services. The helicopter was on the territory of the Ostafyev International Airport, which is located in the Novomoskovskiy administrative district of Moscow. According to sources, it was destroyed there.

It is noted that the Russians used it to meet the logistical needs of the occupying forces and to carry out evacuation operations.

At the same time, a source in the security services of Unian also confirmed that Ukraine’s Supreme Intelligence Directorate destroyed a Ka-32 helicopter at Moscow’s Ostafyev airfield.

This airfield is owned by the Russian Ministry of Defense and jointly managed by Gazpromavia, which is part of Gazprom.

“The destroyed helicopter was used by the aggressor state in the interests of the Moscow Aviation Center, in particular, to support the operations of the Russian occupation army,” Ukrainian military intelligence said.

Recently, Ukrainian intelligence reported the destruction of a Russian Mi-8 helicopter in Samara. It was reported that it was used by the occupiers to transport weapons and personnel.

Earlier this year, Ukrainian military intelligence described an operation by a reconnaissance group that entered Russian territory and destroyed a TU-22M3 bomber and disabled others. On their way back, they fell into an ambush, and the scout Oleg Babius was killed in the battle.
