This situation forced the country’s Ministry of Agriculture to hold a meeting with producers and take special control, three producers who attended the meeting told Kommersant.

In mid-April, the selling prices of bread made from wheat flour averaged 62.6 rubles (0.63 euros) per 1 kg, and from rye-wheat flour – 55.4 rubles (0.56 euros) per 1 kg, reported Earth Ministry of Agriculture.
