Last week, the average price of electricity on the Nord Pool exchange increased and reached 0.079 EUR/kWh without VAT, which is the highest weekly average price since the end of March. The average price of electricity in the month of April on the stock exchange was 0.056 Eur/kWh without VAT, which is 18 percent. less than the average price of March of this year, which was 0.068 Eur/kWh without VAT, the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) announces.

Last week, the average price of electricity on the Nord Pool exchange increased and reached 0.079 EUR/kWh without VAT, which is the highest weekly average price since the end of March. The average price of electricity in the month of April on the stock exchange was 0.056 Eur/kWh without VAT, which is 18 percent. less than the average price of March of this year, which was 0.068 Eur/kWh without VAT, the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) announces.

According to LEA, per week for 12 months. fixed price plans dual time zone rates of 0.8-1.3 percent. increased by one independent electricity supplier. Other suppliers 12 months did not increase rates for fixed-price plans. Two suppliers for 24 months. fixed-price plans increased rates by 0.4-1.4 percent, while one provider did not change rates.

24 months offered by independent suppliers. the average price of 1 kWh of fixed price plans per week increased from 0.241 Eur/kWh to 0.242 Eur/kWh (two time zones) and from 0.251 Eur/kWh to 0.252 Eur/kWh (one time zone). 12 months during the price fixing period, the average tariffs of two time zones increased from 0.240 Eur/kWh to 0.241 Eur/kWh, while the average value of the tariffs of one time zone did not change – 0.251 Eur/kWh.

Offered 12 months and 24 months the rates of fixed electricity price plans are currently 0.19-0.30 Eur/kWh (two time zones) and 0.24-0.26 Eur/kWh (one time zone).

Currently 6 months price fixing periods are offered by two suppliers, 3 months and 7 months energy price fixing periods – one supplier at a time, and plans with 12 months and 24 months fixed price – three suppliers.

LEA reminds that since the beginning of April this year, the price of public supply (the “Standard” plan) is 0.214 Eur/kWh (one time zone), as well as 0.245 Eur/kWh and 0.148 Eur/kWh (two time zones).

In April, the price of guaranteed supply (“Standard” plan) is 0.196 Eur/kWh (one time zone), as well as 0.212 Eur/kWh and 0.161 Eur/kWh (two time zones). These guaranteed supply prices are 6-8 percent. lower than March prices.
