For the past couple of months, Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has made no secret of his ambitions to invite Max Verstappen to his team in the near future. Obviously, this does not sit well with Red Bull executives. Earlier, team manager Toto Wolff urged the Austrian to watch his affairs, and another very important Red Bull figure, Oliver Mitzlaff, spoke on this topic in Miami.

The latter stated that M. Verstappen will 1000 percent stay in the team and accused T. Wolff of interfering in the situation.

The head of Mercedes himself commented on this statement. The head of “Silver Arrows” said that he himself would never have made such a statement.

“I have absolutely no idea what that guy meant. Therefore, there is simply no need to comment on it. I can say that I would never have made such a statement myself, because in life there is only 100 percent, not 1000 percent. There is nothing more to say. Comments are simply unnecessary,” T. Wolff said.
