According to Sandra Nezabitauskienė, HR and Administration Director of the Wolfs Engelman company, the volume of production is increasing rapidly as the summer approaches, so we are looking for team reinforcement.

“The summer season is the hottest for us in terms of sales. Although the drinks we produce are not a seasonal product, their consumption increases significantly in the summer, as most people go on vacation and spend time in nature. Well, summer is our working year, so we invite hard-working people to join the team, who want to work and earn money,” she says.

  1. Production operator(s) in the bottling department

  • You will learn to manage beer, cider and other beverage lines (PET, BUT, KEG, CANS);

  • You will troubleshoot mechanical devices;

  • You will control quality, maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace;

  • You will actively participate in the life of the company.

In the company, work is organized in shifts.

Requirements for the employee:

You are a technical, economic person who wants to work and gain production experience;

  • You have a higher professional, secondary education;

  • You are a dutiful, careful, attentive, responsible person;

  • You are ready to join the team and achieve ambitious goals together, not be afraid of challenges, willing and able to create and implement new ideas together!

Remuneration: from 1100 EUR/month. to arms. In the filling department, the schedule change premium (if you need to change a colleague and come to work outside of your schedule) is 20 euros. As the qualification level increases, the hourly rate increases, ie the salary increases.

  1. Chemist (permanent job)

  • Performing physical and chemical tests of raw materials and production;

  • Product quality control during the technological process;

  • Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment;

  • Preparation of solutions;

  • Bringing data into the quality data management system.

Work in the company is organized in shifts, with a flexible schedule.

  • Higher / higher education in chemistry, biochemistry, food technology;

  • Laboratory work experience;

  • Duty, diligence, attentiveness, responsibility;

  • English (at least elementary);

  • Work experience in the food industry (advantage).

Remuneration: from 1000 EUR/month. to arms.

  1. Fermenter (in the fermentation and filtration department, beverage production)

  • Supervision of the technological process, measurements;

  • Completing the necessary documentation;

  • Maintaining order in the department.

In the company, work is organized in shifts.

  • Higher, professional, secondary education;

  • A technical, economic person who wants to work and gain production experience;

  • Duty, diligence, attentiveness, responsibility;

  • Work experience in the food industry (advantage).

Remuneration: from 1200 EUR/month. to arms.

  1. Chef at “Wolf Engelman Studio”

  • production of hot and cold dishes, based on the requirements of the technological process of the products;

  • control of the validity of food products;

  • food residue tracking;

  • ensuring food safety and hygiene standards;

  • food quality and presentation.

  • You have at least one year of work experience in the kitchen;

  • You know the technologies of processing raw materials and proper preparation of food products, their storage and storage conditions;

  • You are familiar with health, hygiene and sanitation standards;

  • You are focused on a quality result;

  • You are able to work in a team;

  • You are tidy, honest, responsible;

  • You can work a flexible work schedule;

  • You have experience in preparing buffets/banquets (advantage).

Remuneration: from 950 EUR/month. to arms. Performance bonuses apply.
