A new commercial building will be built in Jerusalem – MadeinVilnius.lt

Design proposals for a new commercial building on Ateities Street were presented to the Vilnius City Municipality. A new three-story building would be built during the reconstruction of the existing production building. In addition, this building is planned to be raised by one floor. The solutions for this three-story commercial building will be discussed with the public at the public meeting.

The design proposals indicate that the commercial building will have the following functional zoning:

First floor. Trade hall with wholesale warehouse, warehouse staff’s living quarters, cleaning room and technical premises.

Second floor. Shop administration premises, staff offices. Staff catering, rest rooms, training hall, meeting rooms.

Third Floor. Commercial, administrative premises.

The existing parking lot at Visorių Street is planned to be expanded. A new sidewalk is being designed for pedestrians.

Technical parameters of the project

• The address of the planned object is Ateities st. 15A, Verkių parish;
• The area of ​​the plot is 5,105 m2²;
• The planted area of ​​the part of the plot is 1,939.90 m² (38% of the plot area);
• The total area of ​​the building is 2,877.44 m²;
  • Specialized store – 2,047.50 m²;
  • Commercial premises – 829.50 m²;
• Building height – 3 floors (up to 14.50m high);
• Energy efficiency class of the building – B;
• The number of parking spaces – 40 units. (surface parking);
• Number of bicycle parking spaces – 12 units;
• Project developer/builder – UAB “Eco spremdani”;
• Project proposals were prepared by UAB “Vilnius Architecture Studio” – project manager Kęstutis Kisielius.

Public hearing
