An investigation into possible violence against a minor has been launched in Utena, the police said.
According to the Chief Police Commissariat of Utena County, a report was received on Friday from the specialist of the Child Rights Protection Department of Utena County, that at an unspecified time, possibly at home, in Utena, on Taikos Street, the child’s parents may have used physical violence against a minor (born in 2015), thus causing him physical pain.
A pre-trial investigation into domestic violence has been launched.
