According to preliminary data, the surrounding people were not injured, the lot was empty.

Witnesses claim that the driver may have been drunk, she refused to blow into the breathalyzer, later she complained of health problems and passed out. The police say that the unconscious driver was taken to the hospital from the scene of the accident.

Empty alcohol bottles were found in the car. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
