The company’s new board will be approved at a general meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, Amber Grid said.

It is proposed to elect Peter Loof Health and Alexander Feindt as independent council members for a new four-year term.

The state-controlled group of energy companies “Epso-G”, which manages the company, proposes to re-elect Darius Kašauskas and re-elect Paulių Butkas and Karolis Švaikauskas to the board.

PL Health holds the position of Strategic Automation Program Manager at healthcare and emergency company Falck, having previously worked at the Danish energy company Orsted.

At that time, A. Feindt worked for the energy companies Shell, MAN Energy Solution, served as chairman of the board of the German Maritime LNG Plattform, and headed the board of the European Union Renewable and Low Carbon Fuel Industry Alliance.

D. Krašauskas is the head of finance and operational planning at Epso-G, P. Butkus is the head of development and innovation.

K. Švaikauskas heads the Energy Competitiveness Group at the Ministry of Energy.

Currently, the board of Amber Grid is headed by Dalius Svetulevičius, in addition to K. Švaikauskas and P. Butkaus, Sigitas Žutautas and Ignas Degutis work in it.

96.58 percent Amber Grid shares are owned by the holding company “Epso-G” managed by the Ministry of Energy.
