* Mix the minced pork with salt and pepper and knead well with your hands. It is worth adding a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and a dash of Worcestershire sauce – the taste will be even better.
Then divide the meat into 5-6 equal parts and spread on cling film. Place the peeled egg in the center and form a ball. Make sure there are no gaps.
Roll the bun in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil heated to 175 degrees for about 7 minutes.

Egg spread with avocado

• 2 boiled eggs
• 1 avocado
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• chili pepper, preferably dried
• various herbs – I used garlic cloves, but dill or cilantro work well here
• salt to taste
• black pepper to taste

* Everything is very simple: first, mash a well-ripe avocado with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
* Finely chop the eggs, chop the herbs – use the ones you like the most.
* Add the eggs and herbs to the avocado mass, add salt, pepper, and a little dried chili pepper. Mix everything well, taste if nothing is missing.
* Serve with a toasted baguette. Delicious!

Quick ramen with seasonings

For a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish, you will need:

oil (for frying);
onion;
hot peppers;
boiled or pickled egg (to taste);
several cloves of garlic;
ginger root;
a packet of instant pasta;
favorite vegetables;
a spoonful of butter;
herbs (coriander or scallions).

* Heat 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite oil in a pot and fry finely chopped onion, hot pepper, grated garlic clove and a piece of ginger root in it for a couple of minutes. Then add the spices that are in the pasta package, chopped mushrooms, carrots cut into thin strips, zucchini or other vegetables of your choice.
* Fry everything for about 30 seconds, pouring the amount of water indicated on the package of instant noodles. Then add the pasta. Finally, add a boiled or pickled egg to the pasta and broth, cover the pot with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes. Finally, add a spoonful of butter and herbs.

Fresh salad with eggs

1 long-fruited cucumber
4-5 tomatoes
50 g black olives (pitted)
50 g of feta cheese
1 sweet pepper
Half a red onion
Handfuls of spinach, other greens
Salt, pepper to taste
For the sauce you will need:
3 years sh. olive oil
1 year sh. balsamic vinegar
1st century sh. mustard
1 clove of garlic
Salt, pepper to taste

* Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into quarters. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands into the desired size crumbs.
* Prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard into a bowl. Mash a clove of garlic and also put it in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Set the prepared sauce aside for now.
* Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, pepper and onion into medium-sized cubes. Put everything in a large bowl. Cut the olives in half and place them in a bowl as well.
* Put the prepared salad on plates and put egg quarters on top. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. Drizzle everything with salad dressing and serve. Delicious!

6 hard-boiled eggs
1 spoon of sour cream
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp paprika powder
Salts
2-3 drops of Tabasco sauce
2-3 halves of sun-dried tomatoes
A pinch of sugar

1. Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks.
2. Grind the yolks and all the remaining products with a blender.
3. Fill the egg halves with the obtained mass – you can do this with a spoon or squeeze it with a pastry bag.
4. Serve with greens, you can add toppings.

Warm salad with quail eggs

7 pcs. quail eggs;
1 pc. chicken breast fillet;
1 clove of garlic;
Olive oil;
20 g of almond slices;
100 g of rice;
50 g of pickled peppers;
5 pcs. cherry tomatoes;
A pinch of salt, pepper and turmeric;
Fresh sprouts (to decorate the salad).

For the sauce you will need:
50 g of honey;
50 g of Dijon mustard;
50 g of lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar);
50 g of olive oil;
A pinch of salt and ground black pepper.

1. Boil the rice in salt water.
2. Wash the beans, cut off the ends and boil in salted water until soft.
3. Cut the chicken fillet into slices, sprinkle with spices, rub with garlic and fry in heated oil until cooked.
4. Boil quail eggs in boiling water for 3 minutes, then cool and peel.
5. Arrange rice, beans, chopped chicken, chopped pickled pepper, quail eggs cut in half on a plate, sprinkle with roasted almonds, add some cherry tomatoes and greens.
6. Make a mustard and honey sauce and season the salad with it.
