Turto bankas announces an exclusive auction in which more than 250 square meters will be sold. m of residential and commercial buildings on the shore of Lake Balsi in Vilnius.

The infrastructure of bicycle and pedestrian paths has been developed in the surroundings, so the area can be easily reached both by car and bicycle.

The object for sale is only about 10 km from the center of Vilnius, and it can be reached in about 20 minutes. City public transport and shopping centers are nearby.

The initial auction price is 303 thousand. euros. The funds received for the property sold will be used to finance modernization projects carried out by Turto bankas.

In the next three years, Turto bankas plans to sell unnecessary assets to the state for 120 million. euros. The received funds, together with EU support and the funds borrowed by the state, will be invested in the construction, renovation, adaptation of state buildings for the disabled, energy efficiency and energy production measures.
