The company “Vivo” presented a new smartphone “iQOO Z9 Turbo” – the device received high-end configurations, considering its price, and can be called a flagship killer.
The feature of the model is the combination of a powerful “Snapdragon 8s Gen 3” processor and a 6000 mAh battery. Other smartphones with this chip do not have such a large battery. At the same time, the engineers managed to keep the thickness and weight within reasonable limits – 7.98 mm and 194.9 g, respectively.
The device is also distinguished by a high-quality screen – it is a 6.78-inch AMOLED matrix with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. This display also has an increased PWM regulation frequency of 3840 Hz – in this respect, the iQOO Z9 Turbo surpassed the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the iPhone 15 Pro. This screen is called “non-flickering”: it does not harm the eyes of even the most sensitive people.
The photography capabilities are also pleasing – the device is equipped with a 16-megapixel selfie camera. A 50+8 megapixel module is installed at the back, and the main sensor (Sony LYT-600) supports optical image stabilization.
Other features of iQOO Z9 Turbo: 80 W fast charging, up to 16 GB of LPPDR5X memory and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 memory, IP64 water resistance and a powerful cooling system with evaporation chamber.
The basic 12/256 GB configuration “iQOO Z9 Turbo” costs about 270 euros, while the top-class 16/512 GB version will cost about 360 euros. The smartphone has been launched only for the Chinese market, but it may be launched for the European market later.
