The gruesome execution was carried out by a young black man in the victim’s house last November. What’s more, the drunken and enraged hooligan broadcasted the whole thing on TikTok.
After the brutal attack, the middle-aged man did not survive, and the hooligan from Juodupe, who considered himself a “TikTok” star, arrived in court accompanied by officers. The killer did not hide his face and said he was sorry for his act.
“He attacked me with a knife, that’s what I had to do, I just wanted to beat him and that’s all, I didn’t want to kill him,” said the accused Orestas Jasaitis.
The killer gave a different version to the investigators. He allegedly killed an acquaintance because he allegedly humiliated and insulted him.
“The two of them were smoking together on the balcony, started talking, got into a conversation and the deceased allegedly said that the accused has a disabled child and humiliated him with that.” But here are only the statements of the accused”, prosecutor Arvydas Gramba taught.
Experts calculated that the killer hit the victim at least 7 times. And the details of the crime were provided to law enforcement by the defendant himself, who broadcast everything on TikTok.
“Here’s my daily routine, I’m always broadcasting,” the defendant explained.
“In America, there is such a show as “The Dumbest Criminals”, and here too, he filmed the crime he committed,” said the prosecutor.
The village “tiktoker” was well known to law enforcement even before this crime. He has already been convicted 6 times. For robbery, domestic violence, destruction of property.
Neighbors have been complaining for a long time
He has been terrorizing the locals for some time with similar attacks. And this time he will have to answer for intentional destruction of someone else’s property, violation of public order. The defendant’s neighbor told how a drunken man tried to break into their apartment in the middle of the night.
“They beat, kicked, because we didn’t open the door, after a while they kicked it out,” claimed neighbor Audronė.
Another neighbor’s car also hit the hooligan.
“I did not see the act itself, the police came and said that the mirror was broken. – Why? “You have to ask,” said the neighbor Vidas.
“I kicked the door because I needed matches. And I don’t remember the windows of the car”, explained O. Jasaitis.
“The reason for all his crimes is alcohol, he should not drink alcohol at all,” prosecutor A. Gramba testified.
“It would be closed sooner, there would be peace for all of TikTok, for the whole world,” the defendant said during the live broadcast.
Juodupe’s “tiktoker” faces up to 15 years in prison for the murder.
