Rumors in the media about a potential move by Nico Hulkenberg to Audi appear to be true.
Haas announced that N. Hulkenberg will leave the team after this season. After some time, it became clear that the next stop in the 36-year-old German’s career will be Sauber, which will be taken over by Audi in 2026.
Haas Team Principal Komatsu said in an official statement: “I would like to thank Nico for his contribution to the team during his time with us. He was a good team player and a lot of fun to work with.
His experience and feedback are invaluable in our attempts to improve our performances. Nico’s tank has been seen this season, both during our performances in qualifications and in races with the VF-24 car.
