On Thursday, May 9, after successfully overcoming the barrier of the first semi-final, Silvester Belt, together with representatives of other countries, had to perform in the “Eurovision” village. However, the Lithuanian unexpectedly canceled the performance.

Silvester Belt canceled the show
It is planned that the representatives of Lithuania, Germany, Finland and Azerbaijan will appear at 15:00 local time.
According to news portal tv3.lt, Silvester Belt, who was supposed to perform, canceled the performance due to his health.
He mentioned his poor health even before the first semi-final, when on May 5 he was warmly welcomed by the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania of the Lithuanian community in Malmö.
“It reminds me of big Klaipėda – it’s very windy, we all got sick, got colds,” said Silvester Belt, talking about the impression Malmö left on him.
This year, the Eurovision Village is located in Folkets Park, which is one of the most visited public places in Malmö.
The park has become a special Eurovision space where contest fans, Malmö residents and guests can experience unique experiences and meet. Special events, concerts of Eurovision faces and other artists are held here.
Entry to the Eurovision Village is free for everyone throughout the week.
The news portal tv3.lt reminds that tonight, May 9, the second semi-final of the song contest will take place.
The grand finale will rock Malmö on Saturday, May 11.
