However, the formula for a quality life is laid out by the spouses as follows: time for themselves and family first, and only after work and career.

Many people are surprised that with three children, Agnes and Alan live outside the city. And all just so that the family has its own lake and can promote an extremely healthy lifestyle.

“There was a time when we lived very tensely. A couple of years ago I had a business, a bakery of healthier products. At that time, the man had just left to dance in a dance project and returned at three in the morning. Everything was on my shoulders, there was a lot of overwork.

Then came the rethinking of values ​​- why am I doing this? Why do I need it? “Isn’t it time to spend time with the family, until the little four, and not to build some businesses and make careers”, says the woman.

Agnė says she has never regretted closing her successful business to spend time with her family. “If we already declare that time with our family is the greatest value for us, then giving up additional income in order to be able to take your children to a club or pick them up from school should be completely normal,” says the interviewer.

Alan points out that we start aging as early as 25, so people in their forties, for example, can look ten years younger or older. And everything is determined by far more than genetics.

“The sun, nature, even the cold – these are things that cost nothing, but bring a lot of joy,” says Agnė, talking about the recipe for a happy life.

Alan calls changing habits and lifestyle like a snowball. Adopt one healthy habit first, then another. This gradually changes the whole way of life.

And Agnė considers sleep to be the main secret of women’s beauty. It is also good to start the day with two glasses of water only after waking up.

“If you want to be energetic and productive, prioritize and plan your rest time,” advises Alan.
