“Another Russian ballistic attack in Odesa,” Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov announced on the Telegram platform.

“A total of 13 people were injured,” he said, adding that rescuers were putting out a large-scale fire, but gave no further details.

Odesa Oblast Governor Oleh Kiper announced on the Telegram platform early Thursday that 14 people were injured in a “Russian missile attack in Odesa.”

“Civilian infrastructure was damaged, including postal depots,” he added.

Odesa, a Black Sea port city vital to Ukraine’s exports, is regularly targeted by deadly rocket and drone attacks.

At least three people were killed in a Russian missile attack in Odesa, according to local officials.

On Monday, five people were killed in another Russian missile attack in Odesa, officials said.

Russia has been bombing Ukrainian cities incessantly for months and is building up a front in eastern Ukraine ahead of the arrival of major US weapons.

Moscow’s large-scale invasion of Ukraine has been going on for two years and two months.
