Local residents report that an oil refinery near the villages of Rozdorov and Prigorsk is on fire. According to witnesses, 4-5 explosions were heard before the fire.

There have been reports of a nighttime drone attack from the Lipetsk and Smolensk regions of Russia. This was reported by Telegram channel ASTRA, which is based on Ukrinform.

“A drone fell in the industrial zone of the city of Lipetsk. There are no casualties. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene,” wrote the Governor of Lipetsk Region, Igor Artamonovas.
