Since learning of Kate Middleton’s diagnosis, the couple and their three children – Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 – have fled to Anmer Hall in Norfolk to enjoy family time.

Ms Middleton will not be joining the royal family at this year’s Easter service as she continues chemotherapy treatment. It is unclear whether William and their children will appear.

It is important to mention that, according to royal family experts, she considers her husband, Prince William, to be her biggest support in the fight against cancer.

“She has a really close circle of friends, and especially in Norfolk, she has really close friends there,” royal expert Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Tuesday. “But I think the real anchors in her life are her parents, her brother James and her sister Pippa.”

According to the expert, although we don’t really see them photographed together very often, they are very important in the background and play an essential role in Kate Middleton’s life.

Brother’s post melts hearts

Following the shock announcement, James shared a message of support for his older sister and shared a photo of the two as children.

“Over the years, we’ve climbed many mountains together. As a family we will climb this one with you too,” he wrote under the touching post.

The expert also said that the Princess of Wales’ parents, Carol and Michael, were relieved that her cancer had been caught at an early stage and were reassured that the chemotherapy was preventative.

“Catherine will be cared for by the best doctors in the world, so she will be in good hands.”

“Carol and Michael have always been an incredibly strong couple and very down-to-earth … now they will come together and support not only William and Kate, but also their grandchildren,” reasoned the expert.

In a video about her cancer diagnosis, which Middleton, 42, shared on Friday, she said her husband, Prince William, was by her side as a great source of comfort and reassurance.

Page Six has learned that the 41-year-old Prince of Wales pulled out of a February service honoring his godfather, King Constantine II of Greece, after learning of Ms Middleton’s illness.
