Mantinga, one of the largest producers of bread, ukandi and frozen products in the Baltic states, is increasing its production capacity. 34.3 million is invested in the automation of new production lines and production processes. According to Mantos Agentos, the general director of Mantinga Group, the rapidly growing opportunities of the sector encourage the continuous increase of production capacities.

We operate in the global market, although we face economic uncertainty, we invest in a long-term perspective. We see a lot of opportunity to increase the sales of French-made baguette all over the world, and today our production capacity is no longer sufficient, that is why it was decided to invest in the expansion of the product line, M. Agentas is quoted in the company’s announcement.

The expansion of production will include the construction of a new production line for French baguettes in 2015. in the built factory. Loading ramps, automatic palletizing and warehouse areas will also be prepared, the territory will be adapted for the use of heavy transport. The total production area will increase to 8,800 square meters. m.

The new automated production line will make it possible to produce higher-quality products and increase their assortment. It will also increase profit, help ensure more efficient production processes and logistics. In addition, the automation of production will also increase in already operating production lines, and the number of physical and required processes will increase, says M. Agentas.

The new French baguette production line will be installed in the 8th production line in the third factory in Mantinga. It is planned that the new production facilities will start operating in 2025. three quarters

Our manager points out that this is only the first part of the investment. In the next few years, Mantinga Group plans to invest in more than one large project and thus achieve its strategic development goal.
