At the same time, GUR published a video of a Magura maritime drone striking a Russian boat in Crimea. The aggressor announces that there were more Ukrainian maritime drones on the coast of Crimea on Monday.

At night, the aggressor thirteen drones attacked the territory of Ukraine from the Kursk region. Ukrainian air defense forces shot down 12. Explosions were heard in Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy and Kharkiv. During the day, the Russian aviation attacked the vicinity of Sumy with guided aerial bombs (KAB).

Shelling in the border regions of Sumy and Kharkiv has intensified recently. Most likely, this is how the Russians are trying to disrupt Ukrainian logistics and forces moving to the Kupyansk-Lyman sector.

Limited-scale offensive operations of the aggressor in the Sumy and/or Kharkiv areas are expected in order to pin down the reserves of Ukrainian forces that can be useful in the Kremina and Lyman sectors.

For now, it is “clear” that the most likely offensive operations are from the Belgorod region to the Kharkiv region, where most of the Russian forces are concentrated (about 30,000 out of the total 50,000 group).

In addition, up to 4,000 soldiers with combat equipment (about 350 pieces of equipment) are currently being transferred here from the Leningrad Military District.

So it is very likely that the Russians will try to push the contact line by a few or a dozen kilometers and thus improve their tactical situation, for example:

  • About 8 km to advance along both banks of the Lopan River to the south, occupy part of the highlands here and the town of Kazacha Lopan, where there is a railway line leading from Belgorod to Kharkiv;

  • Create a new defense section Kazacha Lopanas (territory of Ukraine) – Zhurovliovka (territory of Russia), bring artillery closer to Kharkiv.

  • To surround Ukrainian reserves and resources going to Kupjansk – Kremin;

  • To declare that they protected border villages (eg Graivoron), which are constantly attacked by Russian volunteers supported by Ukraine or attacked by Ukrainians with artillery (Shebekyno).

Luhansk direction

Kupjansk. The Russians advanced somewhat in the Kyslivka – Kotrliarivka section (these villages are next to each other at a distance of 600 m). A small wedge from the south threatens Ukrainian forces defending Ivanivka. At the same time, the Russians are pushing on the northern flank, but the Ukrainians are not allowing them to break through Synkivka.

Lyman. Local collisions in the Ternai – Torskė section, contact line without changes.

Syverska. Clashes in the usual sections (Bilohorivka, Vesele, Rozdolivka), Ukrainian forces maintain their positions.

Donetsk direction

Chasiv Yar. Heavy fighting on both the northern (Kalynivka) and southern (Ivanivsk, Klishijivka) flanks. The Russians fail to advance. Ukrainian forces skilfully mine the area, pound the enemy with drones and artillery.

Pokrovsk – Vuhledar.

Northern flank. The Russian movement to the north stopped somewhat. It is difficult to say whether the Russians were temporarily stopped by the Ukrainian defenses in the highlands north of Arkhangelsk, or whether the Russians themselves stopped and wanted to establish themselves. Meanwhile, the pressure to the west (Sokilas – Novopokrovske – Umanskje) is increasing, heavy and changeable battles continue.

Center. The aggressor managed to advance in the northern approaches of Netailove, they continue to attack towards Jasnobrodivka. The Russians are trying to take positions on the high ground so that they can more easily capture the low-lying Netailove. Also, the aggressor managed to expand his positions to the south of Pervomaiska, the situation of the defenders of Nevelska becomes even more complicated.

Southern flank. Heavy fighting continues, without significant changes in the contact line.

Zaporizhia direction

The Russians managed to improve their tactical situation in the approaches to Staromajorska.

Russian pressure is increasing in this sector. They are trying to push north along the Mokry Yali River and recapture the territories liberated during the Ukrainian summer campaign.

Southbound – no changes.
