For almost 3 million Turto bankas intends to sell more than 2,269 sq.m. m of the building located on Pamėnkalnio st. 21, part. Together with the part of the building, a part of the plot of 0.0963 ha will be sold.

Previously, this building, located in the central part of the city of Vilnius, housed the Management Security Service. Having recently moved to renovated modern premises in New Town, T. Ševčenkos st. 13, vacated premises will be auctioned.

“We hope that an exclusive object in the center of Vilnius will attract investors. According to its original and historically developed purpose, it is a residential building. Although the premises have recently been used for administrative purposes, it is possible that the new owner will be able to use them for their historical purpose in the future. The rooms are bright, have many windows and even 21 balconies. There are currently not many similar properties in the central part of the city on the market. The object opens up excellent possibilities for development, as it stands in a strategically convenient location, near Lukiškių Square, Gedimino Ave. and Tauro kalnas”, notes Guoda Gurauskaitė, head of Turto banka’s Sales Department. The premises for sale in the auction are the largest part of the building, the total area of ​​which is 3804 sq.m. m, – part. The premises are evenly distributed over four floors, have two separate staircases, the entrances of which are from the side of the yard, and a separate entrance from Pamėnkalnis st. The building has a basement and 348 sq.m. m of unfurnished attic space.

Part of the plot of land is surrounded by a brick fence, and an automatic gate is installed for access to the yard.

Pamėnkalni str. The electronic auction of 21 premises will take place on June 17-18 this year, on the website www.eaukcionai.lt, registration for the auction will begin on June 10-12. The initial auction price is 2,957,500 euros.

The funds received for the property sold will be used to finance modernization projects carried out by Turto bankas.

In the next three years, Turto bankas plans to sell unnecessary assets to the state for 120 million. euros. The received funds, together with EU support and the funds borrowed by the state, will be invested in the construction, renovation, adaptation of state buildings for the disabled, energy efficiency and energy production measures.
