Three new apartment buildings will be built in the center of Alytus

In the central part of the city of Alytus, on Vilniaus Street, it is planned to build three new four-story apartment buildings. Construction design proposals are already published on the municipality’s website.

It is indicated that the customer of the construction is the company “Elektifications darbai”. It owns 3,891 square meters of land and three identical residential apartment buildings will be designed.

According to the information provided in the design proposals, technical rooms would be installed on the first floor of the residential buildings. It is planned to design 3 apartments each on the first, second and third floors of the building, and 2 apartments with terraces on the fourth floor. It is indicated that an apartment adapted for the disabled will also be designed on the second floor. An elevator will be installed to access the rooms on different floors.

It is stated that the area of ​​the planned apartments is from 45 to 66 square meters. A total of 11 apartments are expected to be installed in one apartment building, so all three will have a total of 33 apartments respectively.

As announced in the project proposals, it is intended to design 33 parking spaces near the apartment buildings: two spaces will be reserved for people with disabilities, seven for electric cars.

Pedestrian paths, a children’s playground, a space for teenagers, and a recreation area for the elderly are planned to be installed near the house.
