“I was asked not to write this post I think it’s because in Lithuania it’s still not acceptable for us to communicate louder/wider not very funny news. And asking for help is an even bigger taboo.

However, it hurts too much personally for me to look through my fingers – as if trying to hide/not say something and smile at everyone behind “IT’S OK” smile.

I want to take responsibility for just over 100 amazing talents who recently ran out of space at Kilo Health. Not that they are any less better than the rest. Primarily because the manager (me) wore rose-colored glasses for too long and made bad decisions. At least a few too many”, writes T. Burgaila.

According to him, the company is changing – it is stable, profitable, but from a business perspective, efficiency processes are necessary. T. Burgaila says that it was agreed to turn the company’s human resources (HR) department into an “Employment agency”, that is, one that seeks to help laid-off people find a job. So he turns to employers looking for workers.

“We have more than 20 different positions and I would really like people to be able to choose from the best companies and managers in Lithuania, and not the other way around.” Everyone who writes “100Talents” in the comments will receive detailed positions and instructions on how the process will proceed. No names will be revealed unless the candidates themselves wish to meet with you. I hope we will offer at least 5 TOP job interviews to everyone who is looking.

I think these talents don’t need any help as they are some of the most sought after on the market. But at the same time, it is my duty to do everything. These people helped us become who we are. And for me personally, he allowed me to make mistakes, supported me and believed in me. This is invaluable,” writes the co-founder of Kilo Health.

True, he adds that if a person does not pass the “trial” period in the new company, he will personally cover the expenses of 3 months.
