March 31 seems to be the last leg in the cup of patience of an independent electricity supplier. the electricity storage period will end. It is the date when every even year are reset the results of the solar electric production, and those who accumulated too much of it are compensated and everything starts to be calculated again.
Apparently, no one expected that the citizens and the people would be able to accumulate so much energy.

All these risks seem to have been assessed and accepted by the independent suppliers. The solar electric policy itself also saw a smoother transition to market conditions. Long before March 31, part of the independent supply will try to get rid of the owner of the solar power plant and will not agree with them, which will cause the anger of the Ministry of Energy and the State Energy Regulatory Council (VERT), which is in charge of the energy sector, and fines for discrimination.
Now, a wave of mutual rate changes has swept across all suppliers, with compensation amounts ranging from 1 ct/kWh to its amount calculated only based on the price of a summer day, when it was still even negative. The Ministry of Energy and VERT often react more cautiously, they poke at the Civil Code, which regulates the contracts of which entities, and only unofficially remember that after a profit of tens of millions, working independent electricity suppliers may not pay for a few millions.
But it seems that those waves will rise more and more, because the system is new, there are many unforeseen circumstances, and in the state plans, 100,000 solar power plants and the 1 MW generated by them can increase at least three times, so the bill for independent suppliers will triple. It also seems that all these plans are being developed without the participation of independent suppliers.
In V’s opinion, in order to calm the storm, the energy policy-making institutions should, without waiting for the election, meet with the independent suppliers implementing it, coordinate their interests and discuss how the development of renewable energy will look like in the future. And repeat it at least every six months.
We ask a lot. Transfer of energy production business to even billing systems are as clear as ever, and what and when is waiting for the fast-growing domestic production next to the consumer. Part of them, it seems, already liked that there will be so much free candy that they started building and opening candy shops.
