Grigeo’s board proposes to pay out 9.2 million EUR dividends | Business

The board made such a decision on Wednesday, and the shareholders will vote on April 26, Grigeo reported through the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The company’s total distributable profit amounts to 42.752 million. EUR, of which 32.62 million EUR remains undistributed, and 9.188 million euros are allocated to dividends.

In 2023, the company paid out 6.57 million EUR dividends, or 5 cents per share.

The audited income of the Grigeo company grew by 12 percent last year. up to 101.7 million euros, net profit – 54.8 percent. to 25.4 euros, and EBITDA – 2.8 times to 28 million. euros.

The Grigeo group received 195.4 million euros last year. EUR audited income – 3.8 percent. less than in 2022, its net profit increased by about 2.5 times to 25.3 million. EUR, EBITDA – 82 percent. up to 38.9 million euros.

The Grigeo group consists of the companies Grigeo, Grigeo Packaging, Grigeo Baltwood, Grigeo Klaipėda, Mena Pak of Ukraine, Grigeo Recycling, Grigeo Recycling in Latvia and Grigeo investment management.

At the end of March, the group announced that its subsidiary Grigeo Hygiene acquired 22 million EUR worth of toilet paper factory in south-eastern Poland.

“Grigeo” shares are quoted in the Official Trading List of the stock exchange.
