Submission of project ideas: in 2024 April 15 – in 2024 May 17
Project ideas applicant: Persons at least 16 years of age who have collected 15 signatures of residents supporting the project who have declared their place of residence in the ward where the project is proposed to be implemented.
The amount allocated for the implementation of the project idea – 40,000 EUR
Submission of project ideas form: by e-mail [email protected]by bringing or sending a paper form to the administration of the Telšiai district municipality (Žemaitės st. 14, Telšiai), wards (according to the place of residence).

Necessary requirements for a project idea proposal:
– the proposal of the project idea must be accompanied by the approval of the project idea by residents who have declared their place of residence in the 15th ward where the project is proposed to be implemented and who are no younger than 16 years old, with their signatures, indicating the date of birth, surname, first name, declared place of residence (the form is attached);
– the project must be of non-commercial purpose, implemented in the Telšiai district (city), on land, premises, and vacant state land managed by the municipality or its institutions (if this does not conflict with territorial planning documents);
– the proposal of the project idea must be accompanied by the approval of the head of the municipal institution, if the project is implemented on the land or premises managed by the municipal institution;
– the project must comply with the terms and conditions for the submission of proposals for project ideas published in the public space.
