Neymar is set to leave Saudi Arabia and return to his first club.
According to Brazilian portal UOL, speaking to Santos players and staff in the locker room Neymar revealed that he is about to join this club. It was in the “Santos” team that the 32-year-old player started his career.
According to sources, he will return to his first club in 2025. His two-year contract with Al-Hilal will expire in the summer of this year.
Neymar, who is currently recovering from an injury, went to Saudi Arabia in the summer of 2023 for the sum of 90 million euros. However, before the injury, he managed to play only 5 matches and score 1 goal.
The Santos club is not going through the best of times at the moment: last year they were relegated to the second most powerful Brazilian division.
