The Court of Appeal of Lithuania found the latter guilty in the criminal case, according to a press release.

“When working with acquaintances, formalities sometimes remain in the background. However, the court assessed the evidence, heard the arguments and the plan of financial maneuvers did not burn out, and the fraud ended with criminal liability for the perpetrator”, said M. He embezzled property and kept fraudulent records

Petras Ubartas, known in the nineties as the guitarist of “Anties”, was found guilty and sentenced for not accounting for the funds received from L. Kleiza for the construction of the house in the company’s documents.

The court stated that the convicted P. Ubartas embezzled property of high value.

In addition, with the aim of concealing the real income, he fraudulently managed the company’s accounting records.

“Thrift House Factory” has been liquidated

The company “Taupiau majes fabrikas” is currently liquidated after the bankruptcy procedure.

Her in 2020 initiated by L. Kleiza with the help of lawyers, seeing that the company is unable to fulfill its obligations to clients.

The company was liquidated last February.
