How to produce:

1. First, we prepare the dough. We mix flour with salt and cut in cold butter. We form crumbs with our fingers. Then we beat the eggs, add sour cream and mix everything well. We put the prepared dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

2. While preparing the filling, finely chop the onions and pork. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix everything well.

3. Divide the cooled dough into balls and form small balls. We roll out the dough, put the prepared filling in the middle of the circles and fold the ends.

4. Finally, we place the kibins in a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with an egg beater. We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
