Although I still have the idea of plastering with such a thin layer of white clay plaster”, says Tumas, considering such a decision not only for beauty, but also for practical reasons, because when the walls are white, the space is brighter and bigger.

Talked about prices

“If you do everything yourself, the materials cost about the same. But I’m talking about setting up, when all you have to do is build the furniture,” says Tumas, who likes unconventional solutions. Although the materials may be cheaper, building such a house requires knowledge, the courage to choose different solutions, look for solutions and accept the fact that the house will not be built in a week or a month.

Tumas will tell you what work is still to be done and will invite the presenter Tomas Grigaitis to join in warming the partition with stone wool and covering it with boards.

Work awaits not only inside the house – Tumas is already thinking about managing the environment, so the agronomist, landscape project manager Tautvydas Gurskas, who rushed to help, will tell you how to divide the environmental zones in the most efficient way, so that living is not only beautiful, but also practical.
