An international expert expressed the idea that representatives of some countrieswho nevertheless participate in such events in Russia, does not do it voluntarily. It is possible that the Kremlin has created negative circumstances for them, which can force them to maintain relations with the aggressor country. Certain states actually recognize V. Putin as the legitimate president.
