Shokhin Samadi, head of the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, stated this to the publication “ASIA-Plus”, Ukrinform reports.

“The note stated great concern over the mass cases of negative attitude towards the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as the frequent violation of their rights and freedoms,” said the representative of the agency.

According to him, the note emphasizes that “such actions are taken only against citizens of Tajikistan, which is incompatible with the spirit and traditions of relations between Tajikistan and Russia.”

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sodik Imomi met with Russian Ambassador S. Grigoryev. Then, concerns were also expressed to the Russian representative about unjustified cases of refusal to allow Tajik citizens to enter Russia.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, on April 27 There were 954 citizens of Tajikistan in the detention zone of Moscow’s Vnukovo airport. Among them were young people studying in Russian universities.

After many hours of waiting, 322 Tajiks entered Russia. But the Russian authorities plan to add 306 persons to the “list of deportables”.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, on March 22 According to the latest data, more than 140 people were killed and more than 180 were injured in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. The terrorist organization ISIS claimed responsibility for this attack.

Almost all the people arrested in the case of the terrorist act are citizens of Tajikistan. Suspects were tortured during detention and interrogation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan has urged citizens of the country to refrain from traveling to Russia for some time.
