But an investigation published by The Insider on Monday revealed that Russian intelligence and Putin’s imperial ambitions are behind the mysterious brain disorders.

Victims include American diplomats, spies, military personnel, contractors, and in some cases, their spouses, children, and even pets. It is not yet known which member of the US Department of Defense felt the symptoms.
S. Singh stated that the person was not part of the official escort of US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. However, she indicated that she was in Vilnius “separately, participated in meetings that were part of the summit.”
