The unstoppable T. Maxey snatched the “76ers” victory in New York

Tyrese Maxey’s unstoppable play led the Philadelphia 76ers to victory in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Nick Nurse’s men in the away arena after extra time 112:106 (26:17, 17:32, 26:21, 28:27, 15:9) defeated the New York Knicks and eased the series result to 2-3.

T. Maxey scored 46 points in 52 minutes (10/18 doubles, 7/12 triples, 5/8 penalties), grabbed 5 balls, made 9 assists, but violated the rules 5 times and made 3 mistakes.

Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris scored 19 points for the winners.

For the New York team, Jalen Brunson scored 40 points, Josh Hart scored 18.

Maxey hit a 3-pointer with 25 seconds left in regulation to cut Philadelphia’s deficit to two points. After that, J. Hart made one free throw and finally T. Maxey’s 3-pointer with 8.1 seconds left tied the score.

The Knicks scored the first five points of overtime, but Philadelphia played better in the final minutes.
