Vaidrius Verikas takes up the position of financial director of one of the largest Lithuanian tour operators “Novaturas”.
He will replace Vygantas Reifonas, who managed the company’s finances for more than a year, who will continue his career outside the organization, the company reports.
The new finance manager, V. Verikas, worked for almost 3 years at the international company “Omniva”, which manages the network of post machines in Lithuania, where he held the position of finance and later the company’s general director, and was a member of the board. Before that, he worked for 7 years at the auditing and tax consulting company “PwC”, where he was responsible for financial audit projects of the largest Lithuanian companies, evaluation of internal control processes of companies and other financial issues.
Novaturo group’s revenue in the Baltic countries increased by 6% last year, up to 208.3 million. EUR (2022 – EUR 196.7 million), profit – five times, up to EUR 3.6 million. EUR (0.722 million EUR).
