Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltic States, had an extremely successful year in 2023: revenue grew by 23 percent. up to 87.7 million EUR, and EBITDA 73 percent. up to 7.12 million Eur.

Last year, the income of the group was 16.47 million. EUR higher than in 2022 (EUR 71.23 million in 2022), and EBITDA grew by EUR 3 million. EUR (2022 – EUR 4.12 million). The company’s consolidated net profit reached 2.57 million last year. EUR and it was 1.79 million. EUR higher than in 2022 (EUR 0.78 million in 2022).

According to Virgeda Jackaitė, CEO of Civinity Group, during 2023, the group paid great attention to 2022. for the integration of the acquired “Inservis grupė” and “Servico” companies and increasing the operational efficiency of all group companies:

“Last year, we paid great attention to the review of operational processes, the efficiency of employees’ work, the automation of simple tasks, as well as the integration of acquired companies, moving to common systems, processes, customer service standards and the internal culture of the organization. We are happy to see that these initiatives already produced the first results in 2023. We hope to see their influence even greater this year,” says V. Jackaitė.

According to the CEO of the group, this year the company will focus on growth in the main residential, commercial and engineering business segments, both organically and through acquisitions, as well as implementing solutions related to sustainability and environmental protection:

“In addition to growth in the main business segments, this year we are also focusing on apartment modernization (renovation) projects, evaluating the opportunity to install and service solar power plants and provide green energy solutions to our customers.” We are also considering the possibility of investing in electric car charging solutions adapted for residents of apartment buildings,” says V. Jackaitė.

According to the manager of Civinity, the priority of the company group continues to be improving the quality of services:

“One of our most important priorities remains the desire to increase the quality of the services provided every year. Last year, for this purpose, we established the “Civinity Academy”, where all the employees of our group raise their competence and receive the latest knowledge and skills necessary for their work. We see that the development of employees has a positive impact on the satisfaction of both customers and employees themselves, so we will continue to develop this initiative,” comments the group’s general director.
