Daiva Rudokaitė was born in 1969. April 15 in Panevėžys. 1987-1991 studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, completed acting studies (course managers D. Tamulevičiūtė, A. Latėnas, R. Vilkaitis). In 1990, he did an internship at the Juilliard School of Art in New York (USA). 1991-1993 created roles in the “Šiaurės Atėnai” theater troupe. in 1994 joined the troupe of the National Kaunas Drama Theater. He gave the audience psychologically strong, deep and comical roles.

Agnius Jankevičius, 2014), Irenė D. Loher’s “Klara’s Relations” (dir. Rolandas Atkočiūnas, 2015), Coach Laima Kėlinaitė Gabrielės Labanauskaitė-Dienas “Žalgires” ( directed by Vidas Bareikis, 2017), Mrs. Volanž Ch. Hampton’s “Dangerous Liaisons” (dir. Agnius Jankevičius, 2019), Clytemnestra in the play “Elektra” based on the texts of Sophocles, Euripides, Aeschylus (dir. Jaša Koceli, 2020), Virbalienė’s “Not for people” based on the work of Vydūnas (dir. Jonas Vaitkus, 2021).
The actress successfully filmed in television series, was a specialist in psychodrama.
in 2006 Daiva Rudokaitė completed her psychology studies at Vytautas Didios University. 2005-2011 studied at the European Institute of Psychodrama (“Psychodrama Institut für Europa”), became a certified psychodrama therapist, teacher, supervisor. From 2009 to 2018 held the responsible position of president of the Lithuanian Psychodrama Society, was a member of the European Psychodrama Association and the Lithuanian Psychodrama Society. He shared his knowledge with students of Vytautas the Great University and the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater. in 2018 Daiva Rudokaitė obtained a master’s degree in Health Psychology from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. In the same year, she was awarded the title of Honorary Member of the Lithuanian Psychodrama Society.
From an interview with Daiva Rudokaite on the occasion of her 50th anniversary and 25 years on stage:
“All the roles are dear to me, because they were born by me – like my children. They all shaped me, influenced my personal life in their own way. I wouldn’t be who I am now without them. Only some roles stay for a long time, get stuck, others leave. The roles I remember came very unexpectedly and usually at moments when I was questioning the theater or something very important was happening in my life. I won’t lie, there were moments when I said I was leaving the theater, and then the role! Like a sign that it’s not time…
“It’s definitely not the time to go out, when it’s spring not only in nature, but also in life. So much hope was always heard in Daiva’s words… so many bright and meaningful plans… A huge loss for the theater. A young and exceptionally wide and unique creative self-expression actress, person, friend has left us…
