Weather forecaster Elvyra Latvėnaitė says that the frost should recede from the middle of the week, and we will get more warmth in the days.

“The rain and gray skies were brought by the atmospheric front that traveled across the Baltic Sea. Tonight and tomorrow, Cyclone Gulla will hook us with its south-western part of the valley and the clouds of the atmospheric fronts, and will wet us again. A little warmer air will blow in from the south for a while, at least it will save the frost tonight. Later, from Saturday, two anticyclones, Thomas and Uwe, will merge, displacing the moist cyclones and anchoring over Scandinavia and Eastern Europe by the middle of next week. It will bring clearer, dry, but cool weather with frosts at night. It will be a little warmer during the day, because the rising sun will warm it more pleasantly. From the middle of the week, the frost should recede, and in the days we will get more warmth. We can get a little rain only next weekend,” says forecaster Elvyra Latvėnaitė.

In the evening, it will rain lightly only in the southeastern and eastern districts.
