The bullying of the child continued from June 2018 to November 2022, but this is only the officially determined data: it is believed that the violence could have started much earlier.
The woman’s maternity rights are currently restricted, and the child is placed with guardians.

After filing a criminal case and questioning the girl before the pre-trial investigation judge, the terrible facts came to light.

The mother was found guilty in a case filed for the child’s health impairment and abuse of parental rights and responsibilities.
“It has been proven that the woman, being responsible for the upbringing and development of her young daughter, being obliged to create conditions for her full and harmonious development, to ensure children’s rights, to create suitable conditions for the child to live and grow, abused her rights and duties as a mother and systematically physically and mentally crushed his young daughter, treating her cruelly,” states the report sent by Tautvilė Merkevičiūtė, assistant to the chairman of the Kaunas district court for media and public relations.
Since the woman confessed and claimed that she was sorry for her behavior, the hearing of the case in the Kaunas district court took place in an abbreviated procedure.
